Dried Fruit

With the approval of quality control, all fruits are taken to the factory warehouses for processing. The drying process is carried out using Osmotic dehydration or straight dried. The fruits are arranged on trays and the drying process starts in the latest technology ovens.

When the drying process is completed, each dried fruit is checked individually and transferred to cardboard boxes. Finally it is passed through the metal detector and ready to be shipped.
